Pros:

- excellent lubricant

- large tube, so you won't run out any time soon

- excellent value at $1 per ounce, especially when compared to Genie GLU-3 Screw Drive Garage Door Opener Lubricant, which costs $10 per ounce.

Cons:

- tip has a tiny dimple in the center which you are supposed remove in order to lay a narrow bead of grease.Trying to cut it out with a utility knife is dangerous, as you could easily cut yourself instead.Instead, use a small punch to push through the end.Then, drill out the end with a 7/64" drill bit.If you cut the tip of the tube off entirely, the bead of grease will be 1/4" in diameter.

- it doesn't say "garage door grease" on the tube itself.There is a paper sticker on the tube that labels it as such.In any case, it seems perfectly suited to Genie screw drives or other purposes.
